We appreciate that buying art online can sometimes be difficult and we want to ensure that you are absolutely in love with what you invest in. Should your online purchase not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order, excluding commissions and discounted pieces.
Client can choose to receive a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or a gallery credit (must be used within 6 months). Darcie StarSeed Design will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the piece(s).
To be eligible for a return, client must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged, in its original packaging, for return shipping. We will not accept returned pieces from clients that have been damaged in transit back to the gallery due to insufficient packaging. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the client at the client's expense.
- Darcie StarSeed Design's Return Policy is not applicable to commissioned artworks or discounted pieces.
- Client is liable for the cost of original shipping, this is non-refundable.
If you notice serious damage to the outside of the package, contact us immediately. Darcie Starseed Design requires photo evidence of all damage done to the packaging, as well as photo evidence of all damage done to the artwork, in order to approve a return, or exchange, and issue a refund, or replacement. Keep ALL original packaging.
- In the event that an original piece is damaged, the client can choose to keep it and opt for a partial refund (amount dependent on the extent and details of the damage) or the client can choose to return the piece and receive a full refund or gallery credit (must be used within 6 months).
- In the event that a Fine Art Print or MandalaSol is damaged, the client will be shipped a replacement when the damaged piece has been received back to the gallery. Darcie StarSeed Design will provide a prepaid shipping label to client to exchange the piece.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return or exchange the item, along with your receipt or proof of purchase, and photos if the artwork is damaged. We will do everything we can to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible.
